燃料価格高騰を踏まえた火力発電のコストについて｜mica｜note
備忘録として、2022年の化石燃料価格高騰を踏まえた現状の火力発電のコスト試算を記す。 まず、2021年8月に経産省が発表した「2030年の」発電コスト試算。 LNG火力: 10.7円/kWh 石炭火力: 13.6円/kWh 原子力: 11.7円/kWh 太陽光(事業用): 8.2~11.8円/kWh 太陽光(住宅): 8.7～14.9円/kWh ということで、「太陽光が最安電源」になったということが話題になった。 各電源のLCOE (出典: 発電コストWG資料, 2021/8/3) 再エネは自然変動電源(VRE)であり、天候任せで、欲しいときに発電できない。冬季の寒波襲来時のように、曇天で太陽光があまり発電できない状況では電力需給がひっ迫するが、そのときに供給を確保するために、普段あまり稼働させない火力発電を待機させておく必要がある。 なので、再エネの本来のコストは「再エネが発電しないタ
